About Me…………..

What brought me to where I am today?  Well, you name it.  I think I have tried just about everything possible. I knew I loved to sell things and meet new people beginning with my very first job at age 16 working as an Ice Cream Manager.

When I was younger, I played drums for various local and traveling groups and still enjoy playing the drums today.  I am an entertainer at heart, and I enjoy pleasing people.  The smiles on people’s faces make it all worthwhile for me.

In 2002, I lost my Network Administrator’s position with the Cobb County school system due to funding cuts.  I found myself without a job, and a friend of mine suggested that I try a career working for myself in real estate.  Well, it was like I had come home.  It is a fantastic career and a great way to meet all sorts of very interesting people like you. 

I am at your service, whether you are buying or selling along the Emerald Coast from Ft. Walton Beach to Panama City, I would like the opportunity to help make your dreams a reality.

In the past year, I have been certified by the National Association of Realtors as an e-Pro.  This means that I know my way around the computer and can handle most all  of your needs via emails, faxes, etc......I have also passed my Broker's Exam making me a Broker Associate for Markham Real Estate as well as hold my Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) certification.  Most recently I obtained my CIPS designation and am now certifed as an International Property Specialist.  My market is now global with access to the whole world rather than just the US.  Listings get more exposure!  Education is important and I strive to be fully informed to help meet your needs.

Success Story Number 1

How about my story of the two brothers who were looking for a condo large enough to use for themselves and their families when they were in town and then also rent it out when they were away.  Well, I found them a Penthouse Level condo in Panama City Beach with 2 bedrooms and a bunk room for just $420,000.  It appraised for $480,000 and they were able to get a home equity line of credit right away on the day of closing so they could furnish it.  Did I say this was Gulf Front, brand new, never occupied and on the 23rd floor?  This is just one example of what I can do for you.

Success Story Number 2

Barry and Jimmy wanted to invest in a good rental unit.  I found a distressed seller in Panama City Beach who just had to sell and they picked up their first investment unit, a one bedroom with a built-in bunk (sleeps six) for just $300,000 !!!!!  Another brand new unit, never occupied, Penthouse level unit.  Their unit appraised for $352,000 and last I looked similar units were selling for $465,000 !  Barry and Jimmy decorated their unit and loved the building so much that they are now buying a second unit in this same building to live there permanently year round.  Talk about a satisfied customer!

Success Story Number Three

Virgina and Will wanted to move here to be closer to their daughter.  I sold their daughter a home last year and she recommended my services to her parents.  I found three great homes for them by previewing each of them and they made a decision on one of the three within a day.  I negotiated $100,000 off of the price for them and they have a lovely Bay Front home at a terrific price and location.  Nice dock for their boat and a great place to entertain their daughter and their grandchildren too.  Their home appriased for more than what they paid for it also.

Success Story Number Three

Marta and Ronnie had been looking for a good deal for a long time.  I ran across a great unit that I knew would be perfect for their needs.  It has a Gulf View, a Golf Course view, and a Bay View.  I previewed all of the units for them and sent them digital photos from different floor levels.  They ended up making a back up offer on a unit that was already under contract.  We had to wait it out.  We got the unit!!!!!  The first buyer could not meet the financing deadline and we walked away with a 1,230 s.f. unit for just $350,000 in a brand new building with incredible views from every angle.  Similar units in this building are now selling for $410,000.  Again, I saved my customers money and met their needs.  What are you waiting for?  Call me today!  Thank you. Success Story Number 4

Satisfied and repeat clients Jimmy and Barry placed an offer on a 3 bedroom condo in Panama City Beach.  We were all set for closing until the appraisal came back under value.  My buyers had the choice of walking away from this deal or offering a lower amount.  I suggested that we not only offer a much lower amount, but also ask the sellers to pay our closing costs.  We submitted our offer and it was accepted.  We were able to close on the unit the very next day with the help of my awesome team at H&S Title Services and Debbie Burns at Regions Mortgage.  Barry and Jimmy are very happy with their new 3 bedroom Gulf front unit and they were able to save $30,000 with the help of my negotiating skills.  When you need someone to count on to take you to a smooth closing.  Call me!  You will not be disappointed.

Aug. 22, 2006 --Frank and Henry wanted me to take their listing and help them sell their gulf view home.  I was able to get an executed contract in just 52 days in a very tough market.  The last home in their subdivision had not sold since May of 2005.  They were extremely pleased with my services.  Whether selling or buying, you can count on my abilities to help you!
