Richard Voss located to the Portland Oregon area over 25 yrs ago after being raised in Southern California. I bought my first home here in Portland at the ripe old age of 24 near the University of Portland. I fell in love with the city and the area I lived in. I have over the years acquired 15 rental units and have become an expert in the investment market.
I joined the Century 21 System in the early 1990. As my business was growing, the opportunity to purchase my franchise came up and I became the Principal Broker/Owner in February 2001.
Our office now has over 25 gay and gay friendly agents representing both buyers and sellers.
We are located in the University Park area of North Portland which is one of the hottest markets in the city. We deal with a first time home buyers and investors. Our agent also handle all areas of the metro area.
