Scott's diverse interest led Scott after graduation to South Beach Florida were he was employed by Williams Island Spa as a Fitness Rehabilitation specialist.
After working at the Spa for one year Scott was offered a position at the Fontainebleau Hilton Spa as director of Sports Medicine.
Scott started designing Spa/ Fitness centers for the hospitality industry, with projects that included The Edna Rock Spa, Sandal Royal Bahamia Spa, and Royal St. Lucia Spa.
While vacationing in the Blue Ridge Mountains Scott purchased a 10 acre tract in Deep Gap, NC. This land was intended for his retirement, but an unexpected train of events took place and Scott's love for the area and way of life brought him to the Blue Ridge much sooner then expected; 25 years to be exact.
